FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

1) Is the program safe?

Yes. In our program you will be using nutrients stored in your abnormal fat deposits to nourish and feed you while you are in low calorie diet. Nothing in our program is stimulant or synthetic medication.

 2) Is it safe for me to continue taking my usual medications and vitamins?

Yes. The majority of our patients are treated for: Diabetes II, Hypertension (High Blood Pressure), High Cholesterol, Hypothyroid, Knee / Back injuries. They continue to take their medications as prescribed by their primary health care provider through the program without any adverse side effect. More about medications.

 3) Will this give me heart palpitations, make me jittery or affect my sleep?

No. This is not a stimulant based program (such as Phentramine or Phenadrine). Most programs that cause heart palpitations, jittery sensation, or affect sleep are stimulation based programs, which their end goal is to suppress hunger. Our program is natural and its end goal is to nourish your body while you are in a healthy low calorie diet.

 4) What types of programs are available?

We have 25 -30 day and 50 -60 day programs available.

  • 25 – 30 day program is for patients generally wanting to lose 10 lbs to 25 lbs.
  • 50 -60 day program is for patients generally wanting to lose 25 lbs. or more.

5) What is an average weight loss for the program?

The average male patient looses 1 pound of fat a day. The average female patient looses ½ to ¾ pound of fat a day.

6) Will I feel hungry?

No. Our products will cause your body to use nutrients stored in your abnormal fat deposits to nourish and feed you, and so therefore you won’t experience the physiological hunger. In the beginning days (first 3 days) of your low calorie diet you might experience cravings (mental hunger) because your body is removing toxins. If this were to happen non stimulant (Phentramine or Phenadrine) appetite controls are available.

7) Am I required to exercise to see results?

No. You are not required to exercise to see results on this program; as a matter of fact we ask that our patients limit themselves to non strenuous exercise (walking, stretching, swimming, yoga) while they are coursing through the program.

8) What happens after I complete the program?

After you complete the weight loss portion of the program you still continue with the maintenance portion (usually 21 days). During this portion of the program we will gradually reintroduce different healthy food options that were absent during the weight loss portion. The end goal of the maintenance is to lock-in the weight that you have attained.

 9) Do I keep the weight off?

Our protocol is conducive for weight maintenance for several reasons:

  • You reset your weight control central system (pituitary gland, thyroid gland, and hypothalamus).
  • You learn and apply healthy nutrition, portion sizing, and good eating.
  • You metabolism is stimulated because of the types of foods and the eating routines that are prescribed in our program.

Because our program is not stimulant based (Phentramine and Phenadrine), you don’t experience the “backlash” weight gain effect after the program is complete.
